those seeking knowledge in the use of
process and practice elements and the
context needed to deliver quality Service
Management practices. Below is the list of
new ITIL certifications (cert) courses.

ITIL Expert
Certification
Cert is
achieved by accumulating credits through the
first three levels of the ITIL V3
qualifications scheme. No exam required, but
must have 22 credits with balanced selection
from both modules in intermediate level.
- Foundation - 2 credits
- Managing across the Lifecycle - 5
credits
- Capability Modules - 5 credits each
- Lifecycle Modules - 3 credits each
Anyone
holding a V1 or V2 Managers Certificate (17
credits) and passes V3 Managers Bridge Exam
(5 credits) can also obtain ITIL expert
cert.
ITIL Masters
("Advanced") Level
This level
leads to an ITSM Professional Certification.
To gain ITIL Masters, one must have ITIL
Service Management Expert Cert, and
demonstrate and pass the peer evaluation
exam.
