Course Overview
Cisco Sales Essentials Version 4.0 (CSE) is a 2 day course that provides
the introductory information needed to resell Cisco core products and
solutions. This course gives a comprehensive overview of the purpose of
Ciscos current solutions, and how each solution interconnects. Course
topics include network systems, mobility, unified communications, data
center, and security. The course concludes with an overview of Cisco
Incentive Programs and other tools to help partners effectively sell
Cisco products. CSE 4.0 covers the essential topics and concepts
required to pass the 646-204 Cisco Sales Expert Exam.
Prerequisites
The knowledge and
skills a learner must have before attending this course
include:
Sales Networking 101 is recommended but not required

This course is intended for Cisco Account Mangers and
System Engineers affiliated with Cisco or Cisco
partners. This is the foundational prerequisite for all
partner account manager specializations. This course
will help salespeople with conceptual understanding of
