Module 1: Reviewing and Sharing

This module explains how to set permissions to secure presentations, enter comments in a presentation, and set up and work in a document workspace.

  • Set a password, and test the presentation's security.

  • Use the same basic presentation for different audiences.
  • Apply global and custom slide timings to pace presentation delivery.
  • Enter notes, and print speaker notes and handouts.

Module 4: Custom PowerPoint

This module explains how to set up the PowerPoint window to make commands readily available.
